We conduct factory negotiations on your behalf. You set your target price, and the full negotiation process is fully documented and traceable.
Factory Audit & Verification
4-dimensional audit covering business credentials, production lines, quality management systems and social compliance, delivered with a formal written audit report.
Quality Control (QC)
Stage-wise inspections: pre-production, in-production and pre-shipment. Sampling follows AQL 2.5 standard, with photo-supported textual reports.
Order Follow-up & Production Tracking

Do you work with startups and first-time importers?
We support startups and first-time importers, and they are our preferred clients. Though our initial service fees are modest, we expect many of these businesses to scale. Trust built early on creates long-term win-win outcomes for both sides.
How do you select and vet suppliers?
We evaluate suppliers comprehensively against product requirements, MOQ, pricing, quality standards, certifications, production capacity and track record. Our local team conducts on-site audits to verify facilities, working conditions, process controls and management systems.
How do you ensure product quality?
We follow a standardized inspection workflow covering pre-production checks, in-production patrols and pre-shipment final inspection. Sampling is performed per AQL 2.5, with photo and data-backed reports. We aim to catch defects before shipment.
Whose interests do you represent — the buyer or the factory?
We work exclusively for the buyer. We maintain no exclusive ties with any suppliers and evaluate all factories objectively based on your requirements.
Are your fees fully transparent? Are there any hidden charges?
Our fee structure is disclosed upfront in writing before we start work. Product costs, tooling, freight, inspection and duty are all listed separately. No markups are embedded within factory pricing.
